MEDIA ACCREDITATION
FOR THE 2024/25 ASIAN LE MANS SERIES

Below you will find some important information about the application process.

All accreditation applications must be made online - https://press.asianlemansseries.com.
Applications for full season accreditation close on the 17th November 2024. For race-by-race accreditation, applications close ten days before the race. Event 1 is 25th November, Event 2 is 27th January and Event 3 is 3rd February.
Please allow adequate time for your application to be processed.
You will first need to register an email address and a personal password. Please note this an area shared with FIA WEC, ELMS, LMC & Asian Le Mans Series.
Before applying, please review the attached guidelines.
Please read these guidelines carefully before submitting an application. All accredited media and photographers are required to adhere to these guidelines. Please also be aware that acceptance of the application by the Organisation (the Asian Le Mans Series), and issuance of the pass is not a guarantee for entry to the events.
- Please attach a letter of engagement from your relevant publisher /editor/ team manager.
- Please provide proof of previous coverage, page views (if website) and/or circulation numbers (if publication).
- Photographers and camera crew must also send a copy of their professional insurance.
- Photographers applying for pitlane access must wear their own fireproof suit and helmet during all sessions.
Television stations and videographers wishing to film at an Asian Le Mans Series event must apply directly Asian Le Mans Series Media Delegate j.carter@asianlemansseries.com and the TV rights manager Laura Cotterill (laura@lc-tv.com) concerning the TV rights. Laura will process your request and advise of any applicable TV rights fees that need to be paid.
Accreditation will only be approved once payment has been received.
