The Hermann Tilke designed Yas Marina Circuit is 5.554km with 21 turns and one of the most technologically-advanced tracks in the world. Established in 2009 and costing 1 billion dollars, the track is truly a spectacle to see in person! rnrnWith a marina and the eye-catching W hotel, the track was completed with permanent lightning to allow racing from day, through dusk and into the night. Grandstands were designed to protect spectators from the harsh desert sun, and the state-of-the-art pit garages are air conditioned. The pit lane exit also passes underneath the circuit!rnrnNot only a motorsport venue, Yas Marina also host karting and cycling, running and walking events. Next door is Ferrari World with the world&rsquos fastest rollercoaster!rnrnAlong the back straight the top speed for our LMP2 cars was almost 300kmph, and our drivers especially loved the final section under the iconic hotel!
