Championship Positions Ahead of the Next Race in Dubai

Cetilar Racing, CLX Motorsport and Kessel Racing Lead The Way After Sepang

The next two 4-hour races on the 2025/26 Asian Le Mans Series will take place in Dubai, with Round 3 on Saturday 31 January and Round 4 a day later on Sunday 1 February.
 
A double win in Sepang has put the no47 Cetilar Racing Oreca at the head of the 16-car LMP2 field by 14 points, with Roberto Lacorte, Charles Milesi and Antonio Fuoco on 50-points after taking victory in both 4-hour races in Malaysia. 
 
Reigning champions Algarve Pro Racing head to the UAE in second place after Enzo Trulli, Michael Jensen and Tom Dillmann scored two podium finishes in the no25 Oreca-Gibson.  The trio are on 36-points, 14-points behind the leaders and 6-points ahead of their teammates George Kurtz, Malthe Jakobsen and Louis Deletraz in the no5 Crowdstrike Racing by APR.
 
CLX Motorsport lead the LMP3 grid by 5-points after Paul Lanchere, Alexander Jacoby and Kevin Rabin took a third-place finish in Round 1 and the win in Round 2, both from pole position.  This puts the no17 Ligier-Toyota on 42 points, with Round 1 winners Alex Bukhantsov, Chun Ting Chou and Henry Cubides on 37-points in the no13 Inter Europol Competition Ligier.
 
The two 4 Hours of Sepang races saw the no9 GetSpeed Mercedes-AMG and the no74 Kessel Racing Ferrari 296 take a win each, with the Kessel drivers, Chris Lulham, Dennis Marschall and Dustin Scott Blattner, leaving Malaysia on 35-points at the head of the standings, just two-points ahead of the GetSpeed crew of Anthony Bartone, Fabian Schiller and Shigekazu Wakisaka.
 
The no87 Origine Motorsport Porsche 911 is on 23-points, with Bo Yuan, Hongli Ye and Laurin Heinrich just 12-points behind the leaders after two strong performances in Malaysia.  The no69 Team WRT BMW M4 makes it four different manufacturers in the top four places in the championship standings, with the Belgian team on 18-points, as are reigning champions Manthey in fifth.
