A Trio of Champions to Race for Crowdstrike Racing by APR
George Kurtz, Malthe Jakobsen and Louis Deletraz Team Up for 2025/26 Season

CrowdStrike Racing by APR and George Kurtz will once again expand their reach to the Asian continent, this time with two-time Champion Malthe Jakobsen and prolific LMP2 title-winner Louis Delétraz.
The CrowdStrike-Algarve Pro partnership has yielded many high-profile successes across three continents, as the team won the 2023 IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup and was crowned 2023-24 Asian Le Mans Series Champion after landing a momentous LMP2 Pro-Am win in that year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans Centenary.
Kurtz said: “The Asian Le Mans Series always attracts an incredible line-up of teams and drivers from around the world, and I’m looking forward to putting in the hard work to ensure we deliver on the track. Our preparation for the 2025-26 season has been awesome and we’re going in off the back of four great days of testing at Daytona and Sebring.
“I like all of the ALMS tracks very much, but Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi is my favourite for having a layout that is difficult to maximise because it combines some incredible high-speed turns with low-speed sectors, and because it’s a great Formula 1 venue.”
Jakobsen was part of the championship-winning CrowdStrike Racing and Algarve Pro rosters in the 2023-24 and 2024-25 ALMS seasons respectively, before dovetailing his duties as one of Team Peugeot TotalEnergies’ frontline drivers in this year’s FIA ??World Endurance Championship (WEC) with CrowdStrike’s IMSA campaign.
The APR-Jakobsen partnership has proven potent, so the young Dane is understandably optimistic about the Portugal-flagged team’s prospects.
“Algarve Pro Racing has performed well in every Asian Le Mans Series it has contested to date, winning five titles,” said Jakobsen. “As a result, confidence is high and I’m sure CrowdStrike Racing by APR will have a strong package.
“The 16-strong LMP2 entry will pose a challenge, but having three APR cars is positive because there will be a huge amount of information-sharing, with more opportunities to test different setups and approaches, drivers learning from each other.”
Jakobsen added: “The team’s recent two-day tests at Daytona and Sebring mean George (Kurtz) should be quite sharp and up-to-speed in the car, even though the ORECA we’ll drive in Asia will be significantly more powerful than what he’s used to in IMSA.”
Delétraz, meanwhile, is now a four-time ELMS Champion with IMSA and FIA WEC titles to his name, but the fact his glittering résumé doesn’t feature an Asian Le Mans title is something he is determined to address this season.
“I’m very excited to be joining CrowdStrike Racing by APR for the 2025-26 Asian Le Mans Series with two very talented drivers in George (Kurtz) and Malthe (Jakobsen),” said Delétraz. “I have contested the Asian Le Mans Series for the past two years, but it’s the only title I’m yet to win in LMP2. I am super keen to add it to my CV!
“We face an entry full of high-profile professionals and fast Bronzes. It’s up to George, Malthe and I to work together to get the most from the package. We definitely have the potential to do well.”
