GT Champion Going for Gold at Le Mans

Klaus Bachler is leading the FIA WEC LMGT3 category ahead of the 92nd 24 Hours of Le Mans

Austrian Klaus Bachler won the 2023/24 Asian Le Mans Series title with Pure Rxcing alongside Alex Malykhin and Joel Sturm.  The three drivers then moved up to the FIA World Endurance Championship with Manthey PureRxing in the LMGT3 category, with the team taking three podiums in the first three races, including the win in Qatar at the start of the season, to lead the world championship aheda of this week's 24 Hours of Le Mans.

We spoke to Klaus Bachler at Le Pesage, the pre event technical and administrative checks in the centre of Le Mans, about the nail biting finish to the Asian le Mans Series season in Abu Dhabi and how that set the team on the road to success in the FIA WEC.
