LMP2:

1st #4 CrowdStrike Racing by APR Oreca 07 Gibson - George Kurtz, Colin Braun & Malthe Jakobsen – 83 points

2nd #22 Proton Competition Oreca 07 Gibson - Giorgio Roda, Julien Andlauer & Rene Binder – 71 points

3rd #99 Racing Oreca 07 Gibson Al Harty Ahmad, Nikita Mazepin & Louis Deletraz – 70 points

A strong and consistent season, highlighted with race wins in Sepang and in Abu Dhabi has seen the #4 CrowdStrike Racing by APR team secure the 2023 / 2024 Asian Le Mans Series LMP2 Championship title. The team will also receive a highly prized invitation to enter this year’s 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Three podium placed finishes was enough for Proton Competition to claim second ahead of early Championship leader 99 Racing who suffered a DNF in Race 4 and struggled for pace in Race 5.

 

LMP3:

1st #17 COOL Racing Ligier JS P320 Nissan - Alexander Bukhantsov & James Winslow - 104 points

2nd #2 CD Sport Ligier JS P320 Nissan  Michael Jensen, Nick Adcock & Fabien Lavergne - 101 points

3rd #26 Bretton Racing Ligier JS P320 Nissan Julien Gerbi & Mihnea Stefan - 82 points

The battle in LMP3 came down to the wire between the #2 CD Sport and the #17 COOL Racing with both teams on 86 points going into the final race with two race win each. 2nd place in the final race for COOL Racing secured the championship. In third was Series debutants Bretton Racing who caped off a successful season with a race win in the final race.

New for the 2023/2024 Asian Le Mans Series, as a result of winning the LMP3 class, COOL Racing will receive priority when entering the 2024 Road To Le Mans – a support race held during the 24 Hours of Le Mans race weekend and a very important step on the pathway to racing in the main event.

 

GT:

1st  #91 Pure Rxcing Porsche 911 GT3 R - Alex Malykhin, Klaus Bachler & Joel Sturm - 76 points

2nd  #88 Triple Eight Mercedes-AMG GT3 EVO - HH Prince Ibrahim, Luca Stolz and Jordan Love - 74 points

3rd #42 Sainteloc Racing Audi R8 LMS GT3 EVO II - Christopher Haase, Gilles Magnus & Alban Varutti – 57 points

The battles in GT were fierce the entire season. With 8 different manufactures fighting it out on track, it was Porsche and the Pure Rxcing team that can out on top – securing not only the Championship title, but also the all important invitation to enter the LMGT3 class in the 24 Hours of Le Mans later this year.

Behind them, Triple Eight came home very strong, winning the final two races of the season. For Sainteloc Racing, they started off the season really strongly with a race win and a 2nd place in Sepang. Unfortunately a DNF in the Dubai race hampered their championship battle.
